Maritimo have precise requirements when it comes to manufacturing and their facilities are first in class. In conjunction with the design and fabrication teams at Clarkes Design & Construct, we were tasked with designing a unique steel framed building that could house Maritimo's fabrication and manufacturing processes under one roof.

This original 1980’s brick veneer residence in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast has been transformed into a stylish coastal Hamptons inspired family home.

Situated on a narrow block in the heartland of Broadbeach Waters, this original beach bungalow from the 1970’s sits on a prime east facing canal frontage block. It has been beautifully renovated into a modern palette of natural materials, easy curves and expansive open space.
